Repeat Prescriptions

You can request a repeat prescription by filling in the form below. We ask for 2 working days to process your request, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF CONTROLLED PRESCRIPTION DRUGS WHICH WILL TAKE 7 DAYS, and we will contact you when this is ready to organise payment and collection. We are still operating our normal working hours and our days are becoming increasingly busy.
